There is nothing like a rib-eye steak grilled on the barbecue pit during the summertime. Recently,  I found this excellent grilled sugar steak video recipe tutorial by BBQ Pit Boys on YouTube, and I could not wait to make it! I just love the BBQ Pit Boys, and they all have outdone themselves on this fabulous sweet and hot steak idea. They make a spicy meat rub out of brown sugar, spices, and maple syrup, that is nothing short of amazing. That’s right, this recipe is sugar and spice and everything nice! The steak is seared directly over the coals, then moved to the side to prevent burning the maple glaze. There is also a quick side dish tutorial for mushrooms and onions that only takes a few minutes to prepare and makes a superb accompaniment to your delicious steak.
