  • 1 cup of water (236 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (10 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (5 grams)
  • 2 drops of dish soap
  • shallow plastic lid

How to Get Rid of Gnats

Step 1:

In a container or bowl, add 1 cup of water, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 2 drops of dish soap. Mix until well combined.

Step 2:

Place the shallow plastic lid in places where you often see gnats or fruit flies. Pour some of the mixture. After a few hours, you’ll see gnats trapped in the mixture. Make sure to keep it away from your pets.
