I’m not a big BBQ or meat eater, but oh my goodness watching this tutorial by Simply Mama Cooks on YouTube made me want to make these. I want to make these for a gathering or for my guy friends. Most of my girlfriends are not big meat eaters as well, we usually aim towards seafood or just vegetables. I’m just amazed by how juicy, and tender the meat looked in the video. I can only imagine what the ribs like if it was in front of me. I love crockpot recipes because you can throw everything in and let it slow cook for hours while you run errands.

Cooking ribs can be tricky and dry. My mom is terrible at making ribs in the oven, and she knows it. My dad jokes and teases her every time because it’s not good at all. I’ve always cooked ribs in the oven or on the grill, but I’m trying this recipe by Simply Mama Cooks on YouTube out this weekend for Father’s Day. This can be made for a quick BBQ dinner night if you don’t want to stand around outside. This is a must save summer recipe and she does amazing with explaining the process on how to make crockpot BBQ ribs.

Next, once you followed Simply Mama Cooks tutorial, you’ll take out the cooked ribs and lather them in BBQ sauce. Throw them in the oven to broil for about 3-4 minutes so the sauce gets infused and charred.
