I love eating burgers of any kind, from regular cheeseburgers, to sloppy joes, and now these Cheeseburger sliders! I made them last night using Smokin’ & Grillin’ wit AB‘s recipe on YouTube and the whole family immediately emptied their plates. Now, they’ve been bugging me to make it again soon, and how can I say no to this yummy recipe?
Step 1
Place a skillet pan or regular pan on a stove over medium heat, then drizzle some oil and let it heat up. Slice the bacon into two to three parts evenly, then add it onto the heated pan, fry and let it cook until it turns brown and crispy. Remove the bacon and drain off excess oil, then fry the ground beef on the same skillet pan (add oil as needed). Season it with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. However, you can tweak the seasonings to those you prefer instead. Mix the ingredients until incorporated and let the beef cook until brown. Add in the finely chopped onion and mix it well, then add the chili pepper flakes to taste, and mix them until well combined (you can also adjust the taste and add salt or other seasonings if desired). Drizzle some mustard then mix it again.

Step 2
Cut the dinner roll across in half, then place the bottom part onto the baking dish. Top it with the drained meat mixture, add the shredded cheese as much as you want, top it with a slice of cheddar cheese, then place the upper part of the dinner roll on top. Brush the surface of the bun with egg wash and sprinkle with fine bread crumbs if desired. Bake it into a preheated oven at 375°F for around 15 minutes or up until the top of the bread is browned. Slice the dinner rolls apart then serve.
