You can easily have Arby’s classic beef and cheddar easily, quickly, and with only a few ingredients through this copycat recipe by In The Kitchen With Gina Young on YouTube! This delicious attempt to remake the famous sandwich at home tastes absolutely incredible and as yummy as the original.

Ingredients:

  • Deli-style roast beef, sliced thinly
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cheese sauce
  • Onion buns
  • Butter
  • Honey Racha sauce or French dressing
  • Seasoned curly fries

Directions:

Step 1

Slice the roast beef nicely and thinly, then slice the bund through in half, and spread some butter on the open side of each bun. Fry the seasoned curly fries, then line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Once the curly fries are nice and crispy, remove them from the oil, then place them on top of the wire rack, and let them drain off the excess oil. Place the buns on a pan with their cut side facing down, then grill them for a few seconds, and set aside.

Step 2

Add some butter to the center of a hot pan, then place the beef on each side in two piles, then sprinkle some pepper all over the top, and cover the pan with foil to let the steam cook the beef over low heat. After a few minutes, check if the beef and nicely cooked, then flip them over, season with salt, cover with foil again and let cook for a few minutes. Spread some sauce on the one cut side of each pair of onion buns, then place the cooked meat on top, and add some cheese sauce all over the top of the pile of meat. Cover them with the other pieces of buns, then serve with the fried curly fries, and enjoy!
