My mom loved this fusion of white chocolate and liquor, she kept asking me to make and serve it at the dinner table this Christmas. I didn’t mind though because it uses only a few ingredients that I can easily prepare and I don’t also have to worry about having leftovers of it since I can always pair and consume this in any weather, it is great for the cold weather and could also work in hot weather. This sweet treat is perfect for gifts, parties, or you can just keep it on your cupboard or fridge. Ingredients

  • 160g White chocolate
  • 20g Sugar
  • 400ml Liquid cream
  • 350ml Amaretto
  • 1 pc Egg, beaten

Directions:

Step 1

Pour a little water in a saucepan then place another smaller saucepan on top. Add in the white chocolate and heat until completely melted, stirring occasionally. Put the sugar and liquid cream, then continue stirring until well-combined.

Step 2

Add the amaretto or any liqueur of your choice, as well as the beaten egg. Return the pan on low heat for about 8 minutes while stirring regularly. Pour and transfer in a sterilized bottle and refrigerate, you can keep this refrigerated for up to 1 month.
