My husband and I revamped our back patio at the beginning of the summer, and we have been enjoying it immensely. We have started thinking about utilizing the side of the house as a kind of walkthrough Zen garden with some benches and a reflective pond. We have already invested enough money into this project, so I wanted some DIY ideas that we could make for very little money. I found this DIY wooden slatted bench by Home Jelly, on YouTube, and I knew it would be perfect for my Zen garden idea. The shape of this bench was perfect too, and it was going to fit perfectly along the side of the house.
