Do you still remember eating Dairy Queen Blizzard as a kid? My favorite flavor has always been Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough! I just love it so much, even now it remains my favorite. But did you know that you can recreate this at home and achieve turning it upside down without falling? What’s even better is that it happens to be a delicious vegan version of the delicious treat. Let Edgy Veg from YouTube show us how to make them quick and easy.

Ingredients:

Dairy Queen Peanut Butter Blizzard

  • 1 pint of any dairy-free vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of mini vegan peanut butter cups, roughly chopped

Strawberry Cheesequake Blizzard

  • 1 pint of any dairy-free vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup of strawberry jam
  • 1 slice (roughly 1 cup) dairy-free strawberry cheesecake of choice

Directions:

Dairy Queen Peanut Butter Blizzard

Roughly chop the vegan peanut butter cups into small pieces and set them aside. Scoop and add the ice cream to the bowl of a stand mixer. Then, beat the ice cream using a paddle attachment and mix until softened. Add in the chopped peanut butter cups, then continue mixing to incorporate the toppings into the ice cream (do not overmix). Scoop into cup or bowl then serve.
