You make this in the traditional way of sewing right sides together and sewn together, then turned right sides out to finish. You will make a tunnel area, where you will run your handle through.
Then, you will run your handle of choice through the open tunnel you left. You can really use anything here, such as rope, leather, even beaded strands will work.
