One of the first things you will learn in the video is the fact that you need to use good dish soap, rinse aid, and some white vinegar. If you are not using white vinegar in your cleaning routine, you need to start, there is nothing in your house vinegar does not clean. Vinegar also enhances other cleaners, so it is fine to use it in conjunction with another cleaner. I love to use a little vinegar in my laundry too.
