After 10 minutes, remove all the stems of the strawberries and place them in a different bowl. Then wash the strawberries well with water.
Thoroughly clean all of the jars that you will be using. Once done, fill all of them with the strawberries. Do not fill the jars up to the lid, just put the right amount.

Put two tablespoons of sugar on each jar. Once done, heat some boiling water enough to fill all of the jars. Once boiling, pour it into the jars. Fill all just below the lid. Then soak all unused caps of the jars in hot water for a few minutes to sanitize. This will help kill bacteria and germs. Once done, place all lids on the jars, first turn them back, then close tightly.
Place the jars in a big pot over heat, then fill it halfway with water. Let it boil. Once it starts boiling, let it boil for another 15 minutes. After that, remove the pot off the stove and take the jars out. Use a cloth to remove them, then tighten the lids again. Place them upside down. Cover them with cloth and leave for a day for the lids to fully vacuum.
Uncover the jars. If the jars are not shaking, they have been vacuumed. If the lid is swollen, it has not been vacuumed.
Store them in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
