Other supplies you’ll need
Step 1
The first thing that you have to do is to make sure that all of the chicken is rinsed and cleaned well, then drain and place them on top of clean paper towels, and pat them dry. Transfer the chicken into a large mixing bowl, then add 4 teaspoons of salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste, and 4 tablespoons of vinegar, and then give them a good mix. Rub the seasonings on all of the pieces of chicken until well coated, then set them aside. Chop the onions and parsley, then mix them together, and set aside. Grab the clean dry glass jar, then fill the bottom with some onions and parsley, and add about 3 pieces of chicken.

Step 2
Add more onion and parsley on top, then place a few more pieces of chicken, and cover with the lid tightly. Repeat this step with the rest of the chicken, then place a pot on a stove, and lay a towel or cloth at the bottom so that the glass won’t burst later. Place the filled jars inside the pot, then fill it with cold water until the jars are completely covered, and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Once done boiling, reduce the heat to low, then let it simmer for about 5 to 6 hours, and leave it inside the pot to cool down. Once cooled, remove the jars from the pot, then wipe them with a towel, and store them in an area or storage at a temperature not exceeding 10°C for up to a year.
