Do you love eating or making bread? If so, you probably have experienced buying a lot and then having tons of slices left.  You decide to put them in the freezer so you can eat them at another time. Then once you remove them,  you see ice crystals and the bread is hard. I’m sure you don’t like to just throw it in the trash. We don’t like wasting our food, right? Don’t worry there is a solution, so you’ll no longer have to deal with it next time. Here’s how to keep bread fresh longer by Kitchen Tips Online on Youtube. Use this technique to prevent your favorite pastries from drying out easily.

We all know that water will turn solid if placed in the freezer and then turns into gas when warmed up. When you put your bread in the freezer, the moisture inside can turn from solid to gas through the process of sublimation. Once the moisture gets removed, the bread becomes dried out or what is known as freezer burn. Keep them fresh for a longer period by simply slowing down the amount of moisture that leaves the bread.

Instructions:

Step 1:

Get a deep pot and fill it with warm water. Warm water works better in this trick.

Step 2:

Open the bag of bread and immerse it into the water. Make sure to not get any droplets inside of the bread. When you push the bread into the water it creates a vacuum. It will smooth the plastic around the bag, then take it out. This leaves no room for moisture to migrate out of your bread. Once done, tie it again to seal. Now you no longer have to worry about molds and wasting your food ever again!
