Step 1
Get a damp cloth, then wipe clean the area you’re applying the tape in nicely, and apply the double-sided tape rubbing it with your thumb to make sure it gets a nice contact with the surface. Wait for at least 20 minutes to make sure that the tape has adhered to the surface, then measure the size of your window, and cut the bubble wrap according to that length.

Step 2
After 20 minutes, peel off the backing paper of the double-sided tape, then work from top to bottom and left to right, and adhere that bubble wrap overlapping them from the tape. Tape the bubble wrap down tightly, then lay the plastic wrap on your work surface, and cut them accordingly. Apply the plastic tightly, then hold the hair dryer 2 inches away from the plastic, and blow the plastic to remove any wrinkles and let it cling nicely.
