Step 1
First, deep clean your cat’s litter box and air-dry it. Next, layer a good amount of baking soda at the bottom of the litter box. When you do this, make sure that you are covering well the area where your cat prefers to pee.

Step 2
After this, add the litter. Add about 3/4 of the total amount of litter you would normally add. Spread the litter around and then add another layer of baking soda. Finish by adding the last 1/4 of litter and your litter box is ready to go.
