Don’t know what to do with your under-eye bags? Have you tried different products and nothing is working? Maybe you need to change your sleeping routine, diet, and drinking habits. Or maybe, you need to take medication. These may help prevent the puffiness under your eyes. Here are some tips on how to get rid of under-eye bags fast by Michael Chua, MD. Watch the video below for a detailed explanation.

Also, elevating your head when you sleep prevents the accumulation of fluid in your eyelid area.
Reduce salty foods in your diet, like chips, fast food, and preserved foods. Salt causes fluid retention, particularly around your eyes, and can increase the puffiness of your eye bags.

Sunglasses can prevent further UV damage to the skin around the eyelid to decrease the appearance of puffy eyes.
Cold causes the blood vessels under your eyes to constrict and decreases the fluid in that area. Put some spoons in the refrigerator then put them on your lower eyelids for a few minutes to decrease the appearance of under-eye bags.
Sodium silicate in eye creams causes body tissue to constrict.
