A Quick & Permanent Solution for Recurring Mold

Mold is unsightly and bad for one’s health, that is why it shouldn’t be ignored and must be addressed as soon as you see it. But, in some instances, you don’t get to get rid of molds earlier or it just keeps on coming back no matter how hard you remove it, the problem must be the solution you’re using because it may vary from household to household, some may only need white vinegar while for some it just doesn’t work. In this case, you might need a stronger chemical to solve your problem and that is what you’ll learn in this video tutorial by Billshowto on YouTube!
Materials:
- A mop with a swivel head
- Face mask
- Spray bottle
- Bleach, any brand you prefer
- Water, optional
Directions:
Step 1
Transfer the bleach to a spray bottle and mix it with water if you want, you can either use it at full strength or half strength. Make sure to wear a mask so that you don’t inhale any of the solution or particles that may fly off in the air. Next, spray the area with bleach generously making sure it’s all wet so that the spores don’t get a chance to fly off in the air, then spray some bleach on the mop itself as well, and start scrubbing off the mold.

Step 2
Leave it soaked with the solution for at least 5 minutes or so, then apply another set of bleach to the affected area, and get to the sides as well. Leave it for another few minutes and start wiping it clean. Mold shouldn’t come back for a long time unless the root cause isn’t properly addressed which are often poor ventilation, condensation, bad exhaustion, etc. Also, remember to use this method only on white ceilings and walls.
