Materials:
- seam ripper
- thin elastic
- scissors

Directions:
Step 1
To start, rip the vertical seam on the back part of the collar using a seam ripper, then thread a large needle with a thin elastic. Insert the needle through the hole, bottom part first, then go through around the stretched collar.
Step 2
Once you get to the other end, fix the collar, and then tie both ends of the elastic to secure. Cut the excess elastic afterwards. If you want a seamless project, you can sew the seam closed on the back part of the collar to return it to its original form (optional).
