While cooking could be a fun activity, cleaning could be the dreaded part, especially if you’ve been neglecting it for a while even if it’s not intentional. Some of us are just so busy that we sometimes cannot spare some hours to do those kinds of tasks. Then, when we do get some time to do some cleaning, we end up facing tough stains or greasy surfaces that they need more work than they require. However, when I discovered Glimpses of Grace‘s method via YouTube and found out how effective it is, I’ve been using it ever since! That’s why I also wanted to share this with you to help you out in similar situations.
Step 1
First, remove the burner plates and caps, then soak them in a mixture of hot water and dish soap while you clean the rest of the stove. Then, go back to your stovetop and remove any crumbs or debris. Combine 1/2 cup of baking soda with 1/2 cup of warm water to make the paste, stir them together until well combined. Apply the paste to the areas that needed some cleaning and scrub away, spray some vinegar onto the stove to disinfect the stove and neutralize the paste at the same time, then use either a sponge or rag to wipe away the vinegar and paste.

Step 2
For tougher stains, you can add in a mixture of 1 part vinegar and 1 part dish soap, then use a toothbrush to clean the spots with the tough stains. Once done, vacuum the crumbs out of the range. When you’re done scrubbing the burner caps and plates with a sponge, put them back on. Now time to clean the burner hood, simply put a dab of vegetable oil on a paper towel or rag and wipe away. Enjoy your spotless and clean stove!
