You’ll Need:

• microwave-safe bowl
• a cup of water
• a cup of vinegar
• lemon
• microfiber towels
• scrub daddy
• Dawn power wash

Directions:

Step 1

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine a cup of water and a cup of vinegar. Set aside. Next, cut the lemon in half, then cut that half in another half. Squeeze the juices into the mixture, then drop them in. Place the bowl in the microwave. Turn the microwave on for a minimum of five minutes. (The goal is to steam up the microwave with the mixture to loosen up all the grease build-up.) Once the timer is up, carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and set it aside.

Step 2

Now, dampen a microfiber towel and wipe the microwave completely to remove the loose grease and grime. If the grease is a little bit tough, use a scrub daddy with Dawn power wash to remove it. (Wash the bottom plate and the roller to the sink.) After scrubbing the microwave, rinse the inside with a damp towel, then wipe it dry with another clean and dry towel.
