First, wear your gloves so you can protect your hands against the grout. Grout is typically cement-based which is very harsh on your skin.
Take a little bit of grout and put it on top of your scratch.
Take your sponge and get a little bit of water. Make sure it is not soaking wet. Squeeze a little bit of the water to the side of the grout, then mix it to turn it into a paste. You want it to be not very liquidy.
Scrub it into the tile where the scratches are visible using your fingers. You will feel a kind of sandy texture, that’s why wearing gloves is very important. You don’t want to harm your skin. After you have rubbed it into the scratches, take your wet sponge and clean it. Take as much of the excess grout, then put that into your bucket.
Get a dry rag and dry the floor. If there are some spots that you missed, just repeat the process.
