If you’re always using your oven, then it must be greasy and has lots of food debris which may also make it smell. Cleaning your oven every now and then should be a habit as the smell that it emits might also cling to your food and cleaning is also good hygiene practice. There are lots of hacks and tricks that I’ve tried before but I have never thought of using dishwasher tablets, and if you’re the same as me, then is time to put this trick by Hacks with Christina on YouTube to the test.
Step 1
The first thing that you have to do is remove and pick up all of the cavity and loose bits inside your oven, you might also wear a pair of gloves for your hands, then grab a paper towel, and wipe the oven before starting. Fill a small bowl with warm water, then drop the red ball at the center of a dishwasher tablet onto the warm water, and let it dissolve. Dip the tablet in the warm water with a dissolved red ball, then scrub the tablet directly all over the bottom and sides of the oven except for the top part.

Step 2
Dip the tablet in the water as much as needed, eventually, the tab will start to break apart, simply pick the crumbs up and use your hands to rub them all over the oven. Give your oven a wipe using paper towels to see if there’s anything left behind that needs to be cleaned, and grab another dishwasher tab as needed. Wet a few paper towels, then wipe the oven clean until the soap is all gone, wipe with more wet paper towels and change them as needed, and vacuum any possible leftovers. The white streaks that you’ll see in your oven will disappear as it dries.
