Step 1

Using a sharp knife, carefully cut off the top of the pumpkin, and remove it. Make sure to remove any stringy parts on the top part of the pumpkin as well as the inside, then collect them in a bowl, and keep scraping the flesh of the pumpkin to make the walls thinner.

Step 2

Next, draw the design or the face of the pumpkin using a pen, then carefully carve it out, and cut the mouth open. Wipe off any pen marks using a wet cloth or tissue, then fill in the eyes and eyebrows with food coloring to darken them if you want.

Step 3

Place the pumpkin on the table, then spoon the stringy parts of the pumpkin onto the surface, and put some on the mouth of the pumpkin as well to make it look like it’s spewing. You can also use this to make your nacho plating more fun, just follow the steps demonstrated in the video.
