With everyone talking about the importance of preparedness and having your own sustainable food sources, it does make sense to buy or build a greenhouse these days.  I had been looking for an affordable greenhouse idea for quite some time, but many were highly involved and really expensive. When I finally found this $20 small greenhouse video tutorial by Life Fixx, on YouTube, I knew it was going to be perfect for my skill level and my budget, so I was super excited!

Materials For The $20 Small Greenhouse Project:

  • A staple gun
  • Some long staples
  • A saw
  • A drill
  • A screwdriver
  • 4 (8-foot) 2 x 2 boards
  • 4 (8-foot) 2 x 1 boards
  • A roll of polyethylene (or greenhouse plastic)

Directions:

In this $20 small greenhouse video tutorial by Life Fixx, on YouTube, you will learn how to make this awesome small greenhouse in a few easy steps. You will begin this project by building your frame. You can have the wood pre-cut at the hardware store before you take it home, to make for a more easy assembly.

Then, you will just attach all of the plastic covering according to the simple instructions in the video tutorial using a staple gun.
