Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes. This will allow the air fryer basket to get hot so that when the frozen vegetables touch it, the ice will automatically start to melt.
Once your air fryer is hot, pour a tablespoon of water into your air fryer basket. This will prevent the air fryer from smoking while the vegetables are cooking. Do not defrost your frozen vegetables. Yes, you don’t need to defrost them. Add the frozen vegetables to the air fryer basket. Add nonstick cooking oil, and season with salt, and pepper. You can also add your preferred favorite seasonings.
