Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Mix in 1/4 cup of vegetable oil.
Sift 1 1/8 cup of cake flour and 1 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder. Whisk until well combined.
