Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Fudge Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 cups of hot water

Directions:

Step 1

In a large bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well. Next, add 3/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup unsalted melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Continue to mix until well combined. Once done, transfer the batter to a baking dish and spread evenly.

Step 2

Next, make the fudge sauce. In another bowl, add 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Mix well and sprinkle it evenly over the batter. After this, add 1 1/4 cups of hot water (do not stir), place it in a 350 degrees F oven, and bake for thirty to thirty-five minutes. Serve with some vanilla ice cream or any flavors you want. Enjoy!
