I think that is a cool fact to learn from watching this video. Plus, crispy wings hold onto the sauce that you toss them in rather than soft slippery chicken skin.
First, place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Then, in a small bowl, add salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and baking powder. Mix the seasonings together and toss them with the chicken wings. Transfer the wings onto a baking rack and bake them for 2o minutes at 425F. Take them out, flip them, and cook for another 20 minutes. Repeat the process.
Next, toss the cooked chicken into a bowl and pour the honey sriracha sauce on top to mix. Make sure to toss the chicken wings while they’re hot.
