After a long and tiring day, I always make sure to refill my energy with a satisfying meal, and it never fails to boost my mood! My favorite go-to dish is anything that’s fried and chicken, so it’s not much of a surprise that I immediately tried this recipe by Island Vibe Cooking on YouTube.
Step 1
First off, prepare all of your ingredients, then start cutting the 2 chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces, and drizzle some oil on the chicken breast pieces, just enough for the seasoning to stick. Now, sprinkle a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the chicken breasts, then gently toss them all around until evenly seasoned, and set them aside. Once you’re done seasoning the chicken, place a skillet pan on a stove over medium heat.

Step 2
Next, add about 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil, and let it heat up for about a minute before adding the chicken breasts pieces one by one. Fry them until all sides are cooked evenly and it starts to turn golden brown, then remove them from the pan, and set them aside for a while. In the same skillet pan, add and melt some butter, then saute the chopped garlic for a few minutes or until fragrant, and then add the honey as well as the soy sauce. Stir them all together until well combined, then put the cooked chicken back into the pan, and let it simmer for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
