Wash your potatoes properly, then peel them. Next, cut them into thin pieces (you can use a mandolin for a uniform size). Once done slicing, transfer them to a large bowl, add water, and rinse properly. After this, boil them for one minute, then put them in cold water to stop the cooking process and make them firmer, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

Next, turn on your stove to medium heat, then put enough oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot enough, deep fry the potatoes for five minutes, turning them to the other side one by one frequently. After frying, shake them together with cheese powder (or your favorite flavor), then serve. Enjoy!
