These homemade crispy chicken nuggets by You Suck At Cooking are definitely better than the ones you buy at the stores. Not only that, these do not contain any preservatives! So you can assure that they are made with fresh ingredients. They turned out so good that I ended up eating half of it before dinner time.

Add the ground chicken to a bowl. Put a tablespoon of garlic powder, one or two teaspoons of cumin and mustard powder, a teaspoon of salt, and a generous amount of pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
Cut the crust from the slices of bread and set aside. Place the bread onto a food processor and grind until it forms into crumbs. Once done, add to the chicken mixture. Mix until well incorporated using a spoon.
Add some oil to the mixture and mix well.
Oil your cutting board, then place the chicken mixture. Add a little bit of oil and smooth it out into a sheet around the thickness you’d like your nuggets. Use a knife to straighten the edges, then cut them into small squares. Oil your both hands, then shape your individual nuggets. Once done, make sure to wash your hands very well.
Beat eggs in a bowl, then add breadcrumbs to a different bowl. Dip the nuggets into the beaten eggs, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
Add a generous amount of oil into a pan, then set the stove to medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the nuggets and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until crispy and brown. Make sure the chicken gets 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Move to a wire rack to cool off.
Serve and enjoy!
