I love hosting game nights, and one of my go-to salsa recipes is this cowboy caviar salsa from Natashas Kitchen on YouTube. It’s fresh, simple, and loaded with lots of fantastic flavors. Ingredients:

  • 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and diced
  • 15 oz can of corn, drained
  • 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 – 4 tbsp line juice
  • 1/2 cup light Italian dressing
  • 4 medium garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste

Directions:

Step 1

To start, prep and chop the ingredients accordingly and set them aside. Now, combine the chopped tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, chopped onions, diced jalapenos, and diced avocado in a large bowl. After this, add the canned corn, canned black beans, chopped cilantro, 4 tbsp line juice, 1/2 cup of Italian dressing, four cloves of pressed garlic, and salt to taste.
