Churros:

  • 150 ml. water
  • 20 grams of sugar
  • 40 grams of unsalted butter
  • 110 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • cooking oil

Hot Fudge Sauce:

  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 4 grams of cornstarch
  • 10 ml of water
