Salsa is good on just about anything, I especially love it on eggs in the morning. I recently found this homemade canned salsa video recipe tutorial by Unemployed Redneck Hillbilly Creations, on YouTube, and I really liked this salsa recipe. This zesty salsa is right up my street because it is basically a pico de gallo, which is my favorite kind of salsa. The YouTuber uses all fresh vegetables he grew in his garden, which makes this recipe really delicious. There are quite a few different kinds of peppers in this salsa, and as a result, that tells us that we can use whatever peppers we like and have on hand.
Amounts Will Vary According To How Much You Are Making:
In this homemade canned salsa video recipe tutorial by Unemployed Redneck Hillbilly Creations, on YouTube, you will learn how to can a salsa recipe. You begin by blanching and chopping your tomatoes. Then, prep all your other veggies and add them all to a mixing bowl.
Then, you will cook the veggies and vinegar for a few minutes, then place your salsa in the mason jars. Set jars in the canning bath for 15 minutes and let cool.
This is a wonderful recipe, I love it!
