McDonald’s is known for many things, but its Big Mac is a classic burger that most people heard of. Personally, I used to love Big Macs, because of the big mac specialty sauce with the extra lettuce spilling on the outside and into the square box. Something about the big mac kept wanting me to eat it every single time. However, I don’t really go for fast food anymore, and I love the idea of making a homemade Big Mac at home. Cowboy Kent Rollins on YouTube shows how to make a cowboy-style big mac with his own twist.
First, in a medium bowl, make the special sauce. Whisk together the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, adobo sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir in the diced onion and set aside in the refrigerator. Then, preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the patties on the grill, and grill for about 3 minutes on each side.

Next, once all of the ingredients are ready, assemble the Big Mac. Spread a layer of the sauce on the bottom bun, and then add lettuce, a slice of cheese, burger patty, and the cut bun. Continue to watch Cowboy Kent Rollins tutorial on YouTube for full instructions and details.
Overall, learning how to make a Big Mac is not that hard, it’s the special sauce that is the main star. I would love to make my own at home since I used to eat them all the time when I was younger.
