While browsing Youtube the other day, I found this peach cobbler recipe by warm heart family, that looked so easy and absolutely delicious. Peach cobbler is an all-time summer favorite dessert, but usually involves quite a bit of preparation, but this recipe is super quick because you use canned peaches. For the cobbler top, you use Pillsbury cinnamon rolls in a can. How I love little Pop and Fresh, the Pillsbury doughboy, my heart just melts every time I pop the can of biscuits and expect him to pop out. The delicious Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are cut up into tiny wedges and scattered across the top of the peaches, then baked to a golden brown. The peaches and the glaze for the top are also infused with delicious Hennesy, which makes this recipe extra rich and flavorful.
In this excellent video tutorial, you will learn to make this Hennessy infused peach cobbler from start to finish. All you have to do is open two cans of peaches and pour them into a saucepan, add all your other ingredients, thicken with the cornflour mixture then add your delicious Hennessy last.
Then, you will cube the Pillsbury Grands Extra Flaky cinnamon rolls and place them on top of the cobbler and bake at 350 till golden brown.
This peach cobbler is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made, and it really tastes so delicious.
