Once boiling, add the egg and leave it to boil for 8 to 10 minutes. Time may vary depending on your preferred doneness.
Step 3:
Once it’s done cooking, run the pan under cold water and let it cool down.
Step 4:
Take an empty juice carton. Wash, clean, and dry it. Cut a corner just like in the photo below.
Step 5:
Once the egg has cooled down, peel it and place it in the middle of the cardboard.
Step 6:
Take a chopstick and place it on top of the egg. Hold the chopstick in place with elastic bands, they will pull the chopstick down and start shaping the egg. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then remove the bands and take out the egg. You now have a heart-shaped egg.
Step 7:
Slice it in half and serve.
