Place a pan over heat. Add 1/2 cup of cashew nuts, 1/2 cup of almond, 1/2 cup of pine nut, and 1/4 cup of sliced pistachios. Roast them until they emit a nice aroma. Add 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts and 1/4 cup of roasted pistachios. Mix, then set aside.
Deseed 1 cup of dates and add to a food processor. Pour 1/4 cup of honey, then blend until you get a coarse paste. Transfer into a bowl.
Add the mixed roasted nuts to the paste and mix well with your hands.
Line a small rectangular container with parchment paper with the long sides hanging for easy removal. Transfer the mixture and press with the back of a spoon or the bottom of a small glass to compact.
Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for an hour. Once ready, remove it from the refrigerator and take it off from the container. Cut into desired pieces.
