- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup of rolled oats
- 2/3 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of coconut oil or cooking oil
- maple syrup
How to Make Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Step 1:
Add the rolled oats to a food processor and blend until they turn into crumbs.
Step 2:
In a mixing bowl, add the peeled bananas and mash well.
Step 3:
Add the eggs into the mashed potatoes and beat until smooth.
Step 4:
Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, oatmeal flour, and baking powder. Mix everything until well combined.
Step 5:
Place a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
Step 6:
