Cut the 2 avocados and bell peppers into cubes and place them in a bowl. Then slice the cucumber and cut them in half. Put inside the bowl. Next slice the spring onions and cherry tomatoes in half. Then put the corn. Now, all of your fruits and vegetables are in the bowl.
It’s now time to make the sauce. In a blender, mix oil and milk. Then add salt, black pepper, mustard, agave syrup, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/2 lemon juice into the mixture. Blend the ingredients.
Next, combine the flavorful dressing with the salad. Mix until all the fruits and vegetables are covered with the dressing. Try the salad, if it needs more lemon juice, you can add the other half of it. There you have it easy and quick to prepare.
