You still need to peel it a little bit, but it will slide off quickly without little to no effort. Take a head of garlic and place it in the microwave. You don’t have to peel the outer skin. Microwave it on high setting for about 20 seconds. The time may vary. It can take longer or it can take less depending on your microwave.
Once the time is up, wear some kitchen mittens and remove the garlic from the oven. You can also use a pair of tongs. If it’s too hot, let it cool for a couple of seconds before peeling.
