Paula Deen is one of my all-time favorite TV chef personalities, and I love her recipes. There is not one Paula Deen recipe that I have ever made that didn’t turn out fantastic. I recently found this hash brown casserole video recipe tutorial, by Paula Deen, on YouTube, and I knew I had discovered another winner. The greatest thing about this recipe is that you can use store-bought frozen hash browns or homemade ones using your own potatoes. The chicken can also be made in advance and refrigerated, or this recipe can be a one-course quick meal on a work night when you don’t want to spend much time cooking. The ingredients are super easy as well!
Ingredients For The Hash Brown Casserole Recipe:
- 1 (8-ounce package) of cream cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheese
- 1 (30-ounce bag of hash browns)
