This hamburger stroganoff recipe by The HillBilly Kitchen on YouTube is an inexpensive creamy ground beef dinner that can serve a lot of people. There are variations and possibilities on how to serve this, and it takes comfort food to a whole new level. It’s a simple recipe to follow, and perfect for a weeknight dinner meal. I love creamy sauces and it does not require a lot of ingredients to make this. This would be easy to meal prep and eat as leftovers if you’re making this for one person. Stroganoff reminds me of gravy but uses ground beef and cornstarch. It’s easier to thicken the sauce with cornstarch than flour. I’d take this technique and use it when I make some gravy too.
