Last week, while running some errands, I happen to pass by a restaurant and was immediately welcomed by the delicious smell of beef wrap. As if on cue, my stomach grumbled, but instead of ordering myself one, I thought why not try and make this later? Since I’m already outside and can get the ingredients needed, I searched through the internet for some good and easy-to-make beef wrap recipes. It didn’t take me long to stumble upon this tutorial by Recipes of the world on YouTube. Once I got home and made this for the family, I know already that nothing beats homemade food. That’s why I am also very excited to share this amazing recipe with you!
Beef filling
Cream sauce
Vegetable Salad
Step 1
In an oiled pan, fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes before adding the ground beef, mix until the meat turns brown. Cover and let it cook for 10-12 minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste, chili powder, chili flakes, and sriracha. Mix well then add lemon juice.

Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, pour the sour cream and lemon juice, whisk until well-combined. Add milk, mix and let it rest for 1-2 hours. For the vegetable salad, mix the cabbage, lettuce, boiled corn, carrot, onion, pickled red jalapenos, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Lay a tortilla, spread the sour cream mixture evenly on the center, top with ground beef, sprinkle the grated cheese and vegetable salad, then wrap. Sear all sides in a greased pan, then cut and serve.
