Step 1
Place a frying pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the cooking oil, and saute the onion for about 1 minute or until translucent before adding the ginger garlic paste. Give them a good toss, then let them cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, and add the ground beef. Mix them together to combine and cook over high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until nice and brown and the juice has reduced. Season it with red chili powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, and salt, then give them a good mix, and cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add some fresh coriander, then mix them together, and let cool.

Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, add the boiled and drained potatoes, then mash them well, and add the butter, egg, garlic powder, paprika powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix them together until fully combined, then add the all-purpose flour, and mix them until combined, set aside. Dust your working surface with flour, then scoop out some of the potato mixtures, and shape the potato mixture into a flat and thick patty. Add about 1 tablespoon of filling to the center, then gather the sides of the potato until the filling is completely covered, and then gently reshape it into a patty before setting it aside. Proceed with the rest of the potato mixture and filling, then set them all aside. Place a frying pan on a stove over low heat, then heat up some cooking oil, and deep fry the pancakes until both sides are nice and golden. Serve them with some sour cream, then garnish with some fresh parsley or coriander, and enjoy!
