In Texas, Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers are a big thing, there are many ways to make them, but my personal favorite is the grilled variety. Jalapeno Poppers are so easy as well you just cut a few jalapeno peppers lengthwise, in half and remove the seeds, it’s probably a good idea to use gloves for this step because they are hot, proceed with caution. Then you just pinch off a little cream cheese from the block and stuff it neatly into cut jalapeno peppers.

Then you just wrap them in bacon, it is a good idea to use the thinnest bacon you can find. This step will keep all your lovely cheese inside the popper. I let them set in the refrigerator for about an hour at this stage just to get them a bit ore solid.

These Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers are so delicious and make the best appetizer for a Bar BQ grilling party because they can be thrown on the grill prior to or during your main course that’s being grilled. They don’t take long at all to cook so when your guests are sitting there having a beer and salivating over the steaks or brisket they are about to get, you can throw a few of these their way. They will all appreciate and savor the flavor of these Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers but don’t make too many because everyone will fill up on them, they are very popular.
