Step 1
Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl, then add yogurt, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, paprika powder, oregano, cinnamon powder, food color (optional), lemon juice, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix everything well until all of the chicken thighs are fully coated and seasoned. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for about 30-40 minutes.

Brush your grill pan with olive oil then start cooking the marinated chicken over medium-high heat. Once both sides are nicely cooked, remove the chicken and prepare the cheese sauce. Place a saucepan on the stove, then add milk and cheddar cheese slices, whisk it until the cheese has melted and combined with the milk. Season it with salt and paprika powder, mix well and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Get your cleaned grill pan and brush it with butter, toast both sides of a sliced open burger bun.
