This green bean casserole is in a bundle wrapped around bacon, and super easy to plate. This recipe by Angie J on YouTube is easy to follow along with her step by step instructions. It’s quick, and an easy side dish to make for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I love how cute the little bundles are, and they are more wholesome than the canned green beans. If you want a more substantial and whole green bean casserole dish, this recipe is worth a try.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup French’s fried onion
  • 1 ½ lb Green beans
  • 1 Package of bacon

Directions:

First, preheat the oven to 350F, and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Fill up a pot with water, and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, take the green beans, trim the ends, wash and throw them in the pot to cook for about 2-3 minutes on high heat.

Overall, this is a unique way to make green bean casserole, and I like how she uses fresh green beans. I think it’s so adorable to have these in bundles, plus it’ll make you not scoop a whole bunch. It’s a good size portion, and you can always go back for more. Thanksgiving is that time of the year where a lot of people scoop more than they think they can finish too.
