How to Make Greek Roasted Lemon Potatoes

Step 1:

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise then slice them into wedges.

Step 2:

Place the wedges on a baking sheet, then drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle the dry oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, and chicken bouillon. Lastly, add the mustard.

Step 3:

Cover with aluminum foil and roast at a 400F preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Step 5:

After 30 minutes, remove the foil and toss the potatoes. Lower the temperature to 375F, and bake for another 30 to 45 minutes uncovered, until cooked through and golden. Make sure to keep an eye on the potatoes.
