Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz) cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can (10 & 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 lb (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco (or any hot sauce)
  • 1 container (6 oz) of French crispy fried onions

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, in a bowl, add 2 cans of cut green beans, 1 can of sliced mushrooms, 1 can of sliced water chestnuts, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, some grated onion, shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp soy sauce, and some hot sauce. Give everything a good mix until well combined. After this, grease your baking dish with some cooking spray.

Step 2

After greasing your baking dish, go ahead and pour your veggie mixture and spread evenly. Place it in the oven at 35o degrees F and bake for one hour. After one hour, take it out of the oven, then add 1 container of crispy fried onions on top. Bake it for additional five minutes.
